How can your prices be so competitive with online jewelers?
We have a unique advantage when it comes to buying and selling that other jewelers may not: We are able to buy from the general public. We can then take old gold, diamonds, and gemstones and clean them, and set them in different and more modern settings. What we don't use we sell back to wholesalers in New York, so really if we can sell diamonds to a wholesaler, you can be sure that you can get a great price on a beautiful diamond from us.

Can you make custom jewelry?
Yes! We can do custom work. Bring in a picture or have an idea of what you would like to make and we can get an estimate for you within a day or so. Custom jewelry depends on the piece but usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.

Do I need an appointment to come in and sell anything?
No, you do not need an appointment to meet with a buyer, there is always someone here that can help you, so you can come in whenever you'd like. If you need to schedule a private buying session, you can call us at 813-253-2164.

Do your items come with an appraisal?
Yes, all items we sell come with a third-party independent appraisal. We feel that it's better a third-party appraise our jewelry, since it's more fair to you, the consumer.

How long do repairs take?
Our average turnaround time for simple repairs is 5-7 business days, Rolex repairs take around a month, and custom jewelry depends on the piece but is usually approximately 3-4 weeks. Closer to the holidays repairs and custom do get slightly backed up so keep that in mind.

Can you repair something while I wait?
Unfortunately we have to take in everything we work on. We work on a queue-based work completion system.

Do you carry diamonds with GIA grading reports?
Yes we carry GIA Certified Diamonds.

Do you offer financing?
Yes we do offer financing. We have 6 or 12 months no interest if paid in full options. The application process is simple and takes a few minutes to get an instant decision on a credit line.

Can you repair Rolex watches?
We can service Rolex watches. The process is as follows: We send it to a Rolex repair center that uses factory-trained technicians and genuine Rolex parts. We call you with an estimate in about 2 weeks, and you can proceed or decline from there. If approved, the watch gets repaired, cleaned, polished and back in your hands in a few more weeks.

Do your Rolex watch repairs come with a warranty?
All Rolex watches with full and complete service come with a 2 year warranty from the date of the repair.

Can I trade in my old/broken Gold, Silver, and Coins towards something in the store?
Absolutely. In fact, we can give you more as trade-in for your gold, silver, and coins if you are trading them in towards a custom piece, an estate piece or an engagement ring.

What does Clarity Enhanced mean?
Clarity Enhancement is a special formulated coating that's put on a very poor quality diamond to make it look better than it actually is. We do not like this treatment because it is not permanent and it comes off if you clean or work around the diamond. The danger is, some jewelers will not disclose this treatment at the time of purchase, and that means you did not recieve the quality of diamond you inteneded to buy.

Monday - Friday 10am - 5:30pm, Saturday 10am - 3pm, Closed Sunday and major holidays.
